Two key mistakes I made during my 3 Day Cleanse and how I am jumping right back on track to do better next time. The first thing I learned was that I do a lot of “miscellaneous” eating. You know, opening up the cupboard for something and seeing the almonds must mean I need to eat some, right. Chocolate chip falls on the floor – yup, got it.
